Checking in from the east valley, Just picked up a 95 runner and I have a 01 taco.

I work up in monument valley during the week but mostly free on weekends. I have 5 other yota dudes I normally go out with on the weekends.

Tucson here. I lived in flagstaff last fall, going to NAU. It was fun, but at the time I didn't have my runner. Now I'm going to UofA, and I have my 86. I'm dying to go wheeling, but I work primarily on the weekends.

NW Tucson for me. I've heard Rail X Ranch is fun, and I definitely want to check out Charouleau Gap. Anybody know anything about the Tucson Rough Riders?

I've read about them on their website, but I don't know much more. I'm on Tucsonoffroad.net's forum. They are a good group of wheelers, very active.

Be careful with RalX, I've been out there before, but recently I heard its all private now and they can bust you for tresspassing. I'll try to verify that though.

I will take you up on this shortly if you are still interested and the trail is still open to access via vehicle.

In the "small world" department, we were at the Oktoberfest dinner at Bubb's Grub last night and several of the Tucson Rough Riders were there! I asked them about trail maintenance stuff, and they talked about both Charouleou Gap and Rail X, so I think RailX is open. I have the Rough Riders flyer, so I'm going to attend their next meeting as see what they're about. Judging by the conversation last night they seem to be really good people. (Slightly older crowd, family oriented, etc...)
