I am pretty sure it is. I was going to run CK this last weekend and the paper said everything was open. Went somewhere else instead

I've heard near the Oro Belle mine there is a detour over towards the Senator HWY?
Might want to check into that. Mark Longfield aka Crawler976 on Expedition Portal posted up some good info regarding this.
