I placed an order with John on the september 29th and my credit card was billed promptly. I am still waiting for my order and I am being ignored by the staff at Socal Motorpsorts. Only contact since October 3rd was a single email saying my order had been processed. haven't heard anything yet after two more emails to this company.

Anyone actually receive anything from them?

I'm having the exact same problem. I ordered on 9/30 and on 10/3 received an email saying the tracking number will arrive shortly. Well after several email attempts to Socal Motorsports I have still not heard back.
Going to call them this afternoon.

We ran the SG2 GB on several sites at the sametime and we ran out of our stock very quickly. All other orders were setup for dropship through the manufacturer. If you purchased a SG2 and you're still waiting for its arrival please PM us with the name on the order as well as the order number and we'll check on tracking information and get back with you ASAP.

After a few weeks with no replies from you, you finally sent me an email today letting me know that you would be shipping me a scangauge. As I stated in my reply email to you, don't bother shipping anything to me - my credit card company has been attempting to contact you to credit my account for a week now. All I want from you is a refund!

Maybe you can try to salvage at least one customer (Mike - 98SR5) and send him the scangauge that you were going to send me.

Very bad business . . .

I generally try to support local businesses (Fountain Valley is only ~10 miles from me). You win some, you lose some.
