list of local trails

Hey all, just got my first 4runner in October. It's a stock v6, 1990. I'm new to the off road scene and was just wondering if there were any local trails I could hit up to get some driving experience under my belt. Nothing hard core obviously as my ride is still stock at the moment. Btw I am located right on the Burnaby/Coquitlam border. Any advice would be great!

I checked out the link and it looks like a lot of fun. It looks like exactly something I've been looking for. My truck is still stock at the moment do you recommend minimum upgrades be done to it first before jumping in on this event? And what kind of maintenance should I do also before tackling this? Thanks in advance for the advice!
