You dont see this everyday....

when you go to get your kids from school.

Yes that 1st picture is the top half of a school bus on the roof. Luckily there was only a few injuries, no deaths that I have heard of. The kids are excited that school is going to be delayed for a few days, we are just excited they are ok.

According to the news either a strong F3 or weak F4 hit the school yesterday and pretty much just wandered all around the place north of town here. The school parking lot looked like a junkyard with cars laying all over the place. Other than just some injuries the news hasn't reported any deaths here locally.

Too bad I didn't have the camera ready but about 15 minutes before the school was hit, we saw a tornado forming directly over the house. Had pretty intense cloud rotation and just after it passed it dipped down towards the ground, stopped short and then got sucked back up into the clouds overhead right before going over the tree line.

Sorry, didn't realized I forgot to post the cause with the pictures

I think he meant awesome in it's true form rather then a meaning of "cool, rad, tubular, or scrumtrelecent".

awe·some /ˈɔsəm/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[aw-suhm] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–adjective
1. inspiring awe: an awesome sight.
2. showing or characterized by awe.
3. Slang. very impressive: That new white convertible is totally awesome
