I've spoken with this guy and he says he will make more. He also says he can make them from the Aoshima Hilux Surf Wide or any other plastic 1/24 model.

Just thought you guys might want one. I'm having him make me two.

That's the problem, I can't find one, I thought maybe he'd have a connection to get the actual model then build me the internals, if he so desires...ah well

I swear they have everything from even a Corolla model to a Silverado, but no Tundras and Tacomas either.
