Shoot them with a hig-powered water gun. It stuns them for long enough that you can grab 'em. I did this as a kid with my Super Soaker CPS-2000 and later with the CPS-3000 I loved the giant water guns

ya thats a Anole and they will also turn green or black
and they are really fast.

I had a couple anoles when I was a kid.. pretty cool pets.. had one bite me once.. kind of hard to get off my finger actually ha.. but yeah they can get reallly bright green.. and their tail can come off
