What to Buy?
I have crashed my 4Runner and was wondering what to do next. I have always had the dream of owning a Subaru Sti, so I am going to do a little pros, cons list for each and you guys tell me what you think.
Subaru: Fast, better gas mileage, infanite modding abilities (actually a bad thing), friends will envy me. 4Runner: Off road capabilities, more cargo area, leather, comes with a radio, fun, and can actually carry a few friends with me. I love driving fast, but I have 3 speeding tickets under my belt already. I dream of the Sti all the time, but I am afraid that I will lose my lisence. Everything is pointing towards the 4Runner, but I just cant eliminate the Subaru. |

Screw the friends, Get the STi ... I'm actually going to be getting a porsche 911 here in a few months (fingers crossed). Still keeping the runner, but I can't fight that itch for speed anymore

I have often pondered this dilemma when searching for a vehicle. A few of my friends have sports cars (domestics) and they are a blast to drive. However, I need a daily driver and a sports car doesn't really fit that description. That's why I've decided that once I get out of school and get a decent job, I'm going to start building my own. It's going to be bada$$.
Good luck with the decision. I personally would stick to the 4runner. You can do much more with the 4runner than with a car. That and you really don't need to get your license suspended.

I'm in that same delima too. In a couple of years (prolly 2) my 4runner will be old news, and I'll be needing something else. I'm stuck between a newer (mucho cheaper) 4runner and a Lexus IS300. I love them both. I think to be practical, I should go with the 4runner. Besides, with my 2 tickets, who would want to insure an 18 y/o in a Lexus affordably?
