This time, he really did something "poopy".

The first thought that came to mind was "I wonder how much that would go for" and then I read:

I call total BS on this one. I dont think it was Tom who did it, maybe the artist did it out of his own enjoyment. At 16 weeks, babies poop should not look like that.
