R/C B-52 bomber

The only swear word I saw was the "S" word in some of the comments that viewers leave.

I did not hear any profanity in the video itself, I think they were pretty classy people who filmed this.

$65K to build this jet model.

http://my.break.com/media/view.aspx?ContentID=249078

It is awesome, and looks like the real thing flying.

Thanks Drew (my friend Andy) for sending me the link.

Thats awesome!!! I've seen a nice R/C F-14 also...I'll see ifI can find the link. They make some you canbuild with turbofan motors for 'Cheap' but the F-14 had the real jet engines that run about 9 or 10K a peice.

I was going to post a comment about when it crashes. Oh well.

There is no way I could fly something that expensive. I would be too nervous.

Corey why did they paint it accordingly. All the Buff's that I used to see in Ft Worth in the 80's were all black bottoms and dark OD Green on top. Other than that it sounded just like the real deal even flying at touch and go speeds!!! Great video, thanks for sharing that!!! TJ

Early B-52s were left mostly in polished aluminum. The camo patterns and other paint schemes came during Vietnam and after.

Incredible detail with that model, including the landing lights. I'll bet the builder was P.O.ed that the front port landing gear never retracted, though. I know I would be, if I had built it (maybe a little too AR for my own good! lol!)

I love old airplanes like that.
I shot this B17 at the Renton plant back around 2001
http://www.pnw4runners.com/temp/b17.jpg

That plane use to be in the wing production building where I worked, and retirees came in to work on restoring it in their spare time.

It now sits down at Plant II not far from one of the building I support in the morning.

And speaking of aero stuff, I am getting excited, we are getting a 787 Dreamliner flight simulator where I work come this June.
The main site I support houses the flight sims for all of Boeing's aircraft, and trains pilots from all over the world there.

beautiful aircraft, shame it went down. I saw an RC F-18 and an RC P-51, both were amazing, the F-18 could go sooo fast.

Soooo cool....sooo sad. Then again if it's something he loved to do then at least he can have the satisfaction of knowing he built it. Better than just thinking he could.
