Oh, too far for me, i figured wheeling meet or something lol but not with gas prices that much . I didn't know the smoke was all the way down there too

Well i live up in chico, so the high lakes are where everybody goes, I haven't really explored it too much cause nobody i know ever wants to go.

you should go to hollister hills, its the best place for wheeling. they hold the Top Truck Challenge there.

Update on Danger Ranger:

still sitting in the driveway.
BUT its getting smogged and registered this week! so we can drive it on the street!

edit: if we get the brake lines done.

its a stupid california thing. only vehicles made before 1975, diesels, and hybrids are exempt from smog. anything else has to be smogged. and in order for the ranger to be put in my name it has to be smogged.

i still have to smog my 1979 VW Bus, but it passes everytime.

well i just got the brake lines hooked up today.. so now i need to bleed em, and then it will be able to move. so im going to put it back on the trailer. and take it over to my friends house so we can fab up some long travel arms. THEN finally smog. its gonna take a couple of months cause we are all busy with college.

update!

ranger is moving now, was on the trailer for a while, took it off drove it around the block. wheels are not cambered as much now, so it is driveable. going sometime soon to register it so i can play around on the street with it!

had some complications with the registering.. so hopefully its fixed now and im going to dmv tomorrow again to try to straighten this out... but today i took it down the street to this dirt lot and whipped a couple of dohnuts!! haha it was sweet with that locked rear end.
