Pickup bed swap with Engine Hoist?

So guys, what do you think? We're talking about a second gen pickup. Do you think its possible to swap beds by using an engine hoist with many straps (to distribute weight)?

more specifically, what abotu the engine hoists they let you use @ pick n pull? you know the big triangle oneswith differnt sized tires

actually.... i got the bed

me and the previous owner were able to jsut lift the new one up and over my curent bed and toss it in.....

here is a pic of my new bed
