This is why there's a saying "It could only happen in America".I mean what the hell is that forum all about ,Do you feel safe knowing that your neighbour's kid could very well be part of that forum ,
Hmmm Maybe its the one that wants to build a "Killcycle" or just the one that wants the plans so he can make one.
