Need a PDA

Ok since my alarm went off yet once again and hillbilly jed ran down the road and I'm still awake, I thought I'd shop for PDA's. I'll really be needing one for school. Something compact, NOT PocketPC, somewhat expandable, compact, maybe capability for an add on GPS, oh and compact! A friend has a Palm Tungsten T2, but it's pretty large....Bluetooth would be cool since it's already built into my Powerbook. Oh yes, it has to be Mac friendly. WiFi?
Tell me what you use!

I have a Sony Clie T615C. It's worked good for me. Fairly compact. Standard height and width, but only about 1/4" thick. It's old tech now, but I think you can still pickup a newer model with all the upgrades. No direct GPS capability though and Sony is getting out of the business. Any of the Palm based systems will work with the Mac. When you figure out what you want, look on eBay. I got mine there, brand new for $90 when they were selling in the stores for $199.

For GPS, I have seen some software packages and cables that will let you link a handheld GPS to your Palm. My solution though was link my GPS to a laptop.
