yeah, if you use a leafblower then you have to hook a GIGANTIC vacume to the exhuast so you equalize the equniox on the center wobler. if you do that i say your good, why dont you go try it now.

That is way cool. The nitrous trick is pretty risky though. Wouldn't just a small spark ignite that stuff?

The leaf blower, not much gain at all, but now I can see thousands of ricers going out to get the electrical fans. Oh well. Maybe I'll have to show them what a real blower does! |

Good info. I just remember my old man talking about how a guy he knew blew himself up while working on a Nos system on a 60 something 440 Dodge Charger. Was he pulling my leg or did they used to use a differant type of system? He always said that the dude, car and garage where pretty much gone.

Well the tank could have blown up.
Also, if the nitrous gets hot enough it will release the oxygen. Oxygen will cause things to burn hotter, etc, etc. It's hard to say, but the basics of it, the nitrous itself won't blow up, but it sure as hell will help make something blow up if there's a flame nearby and it does release the oxygen. |

lol, funny.. but reminds me of something I saw on eBay once...
Toyota Supercharger $129 ![]() I think a gas powered leaf blower would be better though, so it wouldnt rob any electrical power... but you'd have to be like "hold on' hafta start my blower, then I'll race ya" maybe you could mod it so you could pull start it while in the cab, then the other guy is gonna be like "WTF that dude's chokin' his chicken" Last edited by jeremys73; 01-24-2006 at 10:58 PM. |

Leaf blower stalled my friends 2.4 Taco when pointed at the cone filter.
He had to really keep the revs up to keep it running.
