How do I post Thumbnails?

when you type in your post, if you scroll down the screen there's a button that says "Manage Attachments".. if you click on that, a new window will open. Then hit the "Browse..." button and find the file on your computer. Then hit "Upload" and wait till it's done uploading. if you want to add more than one file, just repeat the browse and upload thing. then Close the window and post your message like normal.
