How do i get this hub off?

Ok... How can i get this hub off? This is a utility trailer axle. The other side came right off, but it is like the bearings are fused on or something i tried LOTS of hammering but nothing.

Ok, i tried with a 20lb maul and nothing... But tomorrow a puller! tried a bottle jack, and highlift to get it off but didn't work. Also used lots of PB Blaster
