Just wondering whose idea it was to steal my "old ladies" photos and sell them in a calendar for profit WITHOUT permission?

Those photos are NOT your property........they were NOT uploaded onto this site.....

Thanks for your assistance!

We would only have the pictures of your girlfriend if YOU or HER uploaded them to this site.

Gotta make sure those images you use are uploaded and not just linked, permission to use will belong to the original host of the images.

I can agree with Collier. When I saw those pictures in the calendar I did not think he had given permission for their use. I know I would not want my girlfriends picture in a publication without my permission.

All the proceeds went to Mary's get well fund, right?

AFAIK, that is where all the money went to.

But really, who cares if your girls pics were in the calendar? It was for a good cause, helping a person in need. I would be flattered if I saw my girls pics in a calendar showing off the women of YT.

Come to think of it, how did they not make it in there? I posted em up dangit! Lol

Weren't the pictures you posted of you "girlfriend" for the calender made to help her? I put quotations around girlfriend because, well, stalking her does not make her your girlfriend...

Regardless of it going for a good cause, which hopefully the money is, I don't think it is right to use photos without the owners permission either.... Isn't that some sort of copyright issue? Especially publishing to sell...

Should still ask the person if they want to be in a calendar or any publication over what it was intended for in the first place. Maybe she was OK with having her picture posted with his rig but is firmly against being a pinup girl.

Mary isn't my real life girlfriend, only my imaginary pretend internet fantasy dream of her at night girlfriend

Wow, that was WAY stalkerish.

I know my wife would be pissed off if a picture of her next to my rig ended up for sale in some publication without being asked first. DTB could loose his over this for all we know.
