Guard your Doors....It's on......calling the law in the morning

My neighbor is a punk!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok he has done it this time......... That ass smashed my windows out of my 1969 Bronco doors. They were under a tarp being held down by an FJ40 skid and a couple 6x6s. The tarps were ripped off of the body, engine and parts piles, the skid and boards were thrown into the yard. Both doors had their windows smashed completly out. Over the last month he has rolled a set of firestone a/t down the hill, trying to get them in Lake Norman, he has moved one of my doors to the middle of the yard, and we had a $2000 8hp Honda blower stolen from a truck bed(i'm starting to think it was him also). I am calling the cops tomarrow morning. The reason he is doing this is because he is selling his house for WAY too much. I have a single wide trailer on 3 acres on the lake, it's not to perty, but it's mine. I have moved from the trailer to a house down the road, but still own the trailer. I have lived on this road for 21 years.
If he wants to mess then we will just see how muck junkier we can make it. My bro and I are doing a frame off restoration of his FJ and SASing an 2nd gen at our house down the road. We have 4 sets 16 tires/rims and 8 old tires, IFS parts, bronco parts, hard tops, shocks, coils, axles, seats and other stuff that is going to all be chained together with my old winch cable and form a nice juink barrier between us. Hell we might as well make it a firing range, that might scare him strait.

What can the Law do unless you have indisputable proof that he did it. If the cops come and you say, "I THINK it was Mr. X that lives up the road," they are not going to do jack for you. If you have survelence video or eyewitnesses you might be able to get something out of it. Sounds as if you have neither. Although I haven't read the other thread about this recently.

I agree, I am not sure if it will be very effective.

I'd find me the damn biggest dog I could find that hated everyone but me (you) and make sure he had a long leash, if one at all and see if that moron comes back around...

My next door neighbor just bought an 85 Toy 4x4 with 3" of susp lift and 3" body lift with 44" boggers, so I think I won't be having to kill him now over his wife's stupid cats! They would make great throw rugs in the garage!

If you do get surveilance video, make sure it doesn't have audio. You might be counter-sued for illegal audio surveilance.

Get a paintball gun! He is on your property rignt? RIGHT! Thats what we do with a neborhood dog that loves to come crap in our yard. We have to keep our animals under control, why do they think they are special? Special enough to clean some paint out of their dog's fur I guess.

Though, I would go the video wrout first...
