Is this a good deal??

My brother in law is in need of new wheels. He wants a Toyota truck like mine and came across this one. Is the price right? Heres the link. Give us your thoughts....

That is a lot of money and way too much. I could of bought a 2003 Tundra Access Cab 4x4 Off Road with 20,000 miles on it for $20,000 dollars.

www.kbb.com can be a useful starting place for pricing too. Someone also mentioned making sure you are getting the actual TRD and not just the TRD sticker package if that's what you are paying for. I know the dealership mentions a locking rear dif but do they really know that or are they simply assuming it?
