So Mrs. Fuster and I are engaged in late mid-life career adjustments. To that end, we moved to Mesa, AZ. so she could go to PA school (medical field). As a result, we again find ourselves in student housing. We shoehorned ourselves from a 4500 sq. ft. house to just over 1000 sq. ft. house, which of it's self is a difficult sacrifice. *repeats to self, Delayed gratification, Delayed gratification.....* To make matters worse, I have a neighbor who continually blocks the access to my driveway because I "only have two adults in the house, [so I should] only have two parking spaces". Never mind that I can easily fit all three in the provided space without impeding ANYONE else's use or access to their property. Yes, my fellow Toyotans, we have a Parking Nazi Anyhow, after weeks of uncharacteristic patience and careful pictorial logging/record keeping, they were told in a face to face meeting with myself, the Nazis and the omnipotent housing compliance officers, that they have been and are currently in violation of their rental agreement for their bellicosity and for blocking my driveway. And so, because I'm really non-combative in the flesh (though through careful planning, stratagem and logic/reason, I usually get what I want), I have come here anonymously to say:

Oh.......brother, can I just say, I wanted to escalate in the name of justice soooooo bad. The beauty would have been and sort of was, that I park my little red dawg there......it is such a junker, that any door donks or reciprocal physical damage would have demonstrated nothing.....no petty satisfaction. I think that is why they called the powers that be and initiated the meeting. What the shallow trollop miscalculated is that I would have pled my case to the housing compliance official with documentation and photos weeks ago and knew he agreed with my position.

A little cream on top: the fine for further infringements is $50.00. I love my camera phone.

yeah that would be a drag. I'm in a vulnerable position in that I have little kids that if a psycho were pushed over the edge, it could put them in jeopardy (the condition, not the gameshow). So while I was aggressively working behind the curtain, on stage I was the mild mannered, humble acquiescent just trying to understand the rules. I didn't even crack a grin when the social malefactors were pw3d right in front of me.

Though payback is glorious, like you say, I don't want to escalate. I just want to park my beast, come into our diminutive house and argue politics online..........is that so wrong?
