Some have a tube that comes off the drain plug, others use the dipstick tube...either way you need an oil extractor. They sell them at boat supply stores.

There should be tube coming out from the bottom of the engine which feeds to the bottom of the oil pan. Get one of these pumps and pump out the old oil and pour in the new. Replace the oil filter and you should be good to go! |

Exactly, the pumps are pretty cheap. While you are at it, change the outdrive oil.
