i saw that when i watched the "News from Iraq" thread i think it was, there were a few other videos from the website you get redirected too. pretty amazing, makes you wonder if that guy standing there had anything to do with the lack of concentration on one of the drivers, "Looks, we're gonna be on TV!"........WHAM!

damn... thats scary, if i had been that reporter... i would have pissed my pants.... but hten immediately run over to the car that got hit to see if everyone was ok... not kept reproting....

Irony lives on. Thats the first time I have seen that. You would think the news crew would go check on the occupants rather than babble on for a while longer.

well...i'm sure there was another someone there phoning for help and going to see if everyone was ok....the report would have gotten in alot of trouble for abondaning his report on accidents during the crisis, thats what reports do...it would have been like a reporter at a fire running in to save people....but then again a decent human being would have, without thought, immediately ran to see if everyone was ok.....so he was in the middle of a moral dillema between work and being a good person....i dont think i'd make a good reporter in a situation like that....
oh and btw...there should be a freakin' stop sign there, who designed that road? there was NOTHING that poor person in that truck good do... i really hope everyone was ok....

35 seconds. The guy kept on yabbering for at least 35 seconds after the impact. He also referred to it as a "major accident", yet no one was visible moving toward either vehicle for the duration of the video clip. In 35 seconds any number of things could have happened to the vehicle occupants. Morons.

the news guy caused it by giving the rubber necking stop sign runner something to distract him from as he was busy trying to see what the commotion on the side of the street was. the media should learn from this!

I saw this when it was on the news site that reported it. A member of the team did call 911 off camera and some other things, wasnt like they stood around the whole time i guess - lots of people complained and they exsplained it well later.

Have You seen the German Forklift safety one.its not for the faint hearted.....& its about 4-5 mins long.But as someone whos been on a forklift safety course & spent 1000's of hours on a forklift i cant help but find it amusing.
