Camera system & motion detector vendors?

Hey I want to hunt for info on motion detectors or full camera systems. the Medical center I work for is due for a decent system. They fully outfitted one of our buildings last year but the 2004 budget could not upgrade our old system in the main building. Does anyone know of any vendors that not only have decent pricing but quality equiptment? Or........ does anyone know of Grants available to companies to upgrade their survielance systems? I am not in charge of the purchasing but I can pass the info onto the correct people if someone wants the business or knows of someone else that does. Thanks.
