Yes, Brass Knuckles are legal.

You MUST BE 18 years of age to order. It is illegal to own and carry Brass Knuckles in the following states: California, Massachusetts, MICHIGAN, ILLINOIS and New York State. Brass Knuckles are legal in many states. If your state is not listed here, this does not mean they are legal in your state or local jurisdiction. If you are not sure about the legality of Brass Knuckles, you MUST contact your local District Attorney's Office and ask if you can carry/own Knuckles in your state. Many states allow you to own knuckles but not carry them. However, since they are considered a deadly weapon it is illegal to carry them concealed.

I am pretty sure USE of brass knuckles is illegal in every state - raising your "assault" charge from a misdemeanor into "assault with intent to kill" or something like that and a felony.

Here in MN I know switchblades (described as ANY spring assisted blade) is legal with my CCW permit and Im 95% sure the same applies to "metal knuckles".
Without a CCW permit, it is a gross misdemeanor to be in possestion (unless on your own property) of said weapon and a felony to use it. If you are a felon, it is a felony to posses said weapon, even on your own property.

yup, I flagged another post earlier today for being spam, it was also a followup on a thread.

Texas CHL does not cover anything except handguns. This is drilled and tested when you take the CHL class.

I kinda doubt brass knuckles are legal to carry in public in TX, but am too lazy and disinterested to actually look it up since I don't own any. (You can own nearly anything so long as it stays on your own property)

My "brass knuckles" are my key ring. It's one of those rope climber quick connect things. It fits solidly against my fist in case I need it in a hurry. Any time I'm at a gas station or in an area I know is pretty rough I will already have it on and ready at a moments notice.

AK sounds like a wonderful place. Here our bill of rights, "inaliable rights reflecting upon those endowed by the creator", mean to the powers that be.

But I would loose the belt buckle, if someone attacks you, oh wait let me take off my belt, and you made rape easier.

Get mace, a gun or a knife. CRKT and Gerber make pocket knives that pivot on a bearing, allowing easy one handed rapid operation. Here you can find such at walmart, at is does same effect as a switchblade, only with less moving parts.

Most 'knuckles' i have seen were either too light or too large to be of use. Knuckles are typically an offensive weapon anyway, I know I carried a pair back in the mid 90s, well as a k-bar knife with sheath sewn upside down in the back of my M1A jacket, as well as steel toe boots, spiked gauntlets, assorted clubs and rebar. Street weapons are not a detirent to violence, but may actually provoke. only a gun really has much detirent effects.
keep your nose clean, pay the tax, fill out the forms, and obtain permission from your government to carry a gun.
