2006 Graduates!

I graduated today, and now have my diploma. Get to go out and start working full time now. Anybody else graduate (or have a family member graduate)?

I gotta say, I wasn't real excited until I stepped through the streamers of the gym. As soon as that happened, a huge wave of crap hit me, and I finally realized that would be the last time I would ever see the scoreboards up on the gym wall, or the basketball hoops. It would be the last time I see a lot of my teachers and stuff. It makes me a little sad, but I am ready to move on, get a job for now, make babies, and buy another Toyota!

It's been 4 years for me now but I have been in college all this time so it didn't really feel the same.. I have one more year till my second graduation when I can finally call it quits and get a real job for more than 3 months at a time. You will miss high school, I still do a little form time to time, but it's also good to move on. Congrats.

My best friend's younger brother graduated this year. Made me think about the time, and it's been three years since I graduated high school. Seems like just yesterday and at the same time a lifetime ago.

goatboy and getitdone - where in Denver are you guys gonna be?

damn, you guys graduate early in the year. Here in NJ, the high schools don't let out until the end of June, and graduation is usually right before July 4th. I didn't go to mine way back, but, I regret it.
