Pep Boys, of all places! After hunting around on the 'Net for their Performance pads and eventually ordering some, I called for the status and they were/are a three week backorder. Was bummed, 'cause at $55 shipped, I thought it was a good price, compared to some of the mid-$60/low $70's I was getting quoted BEFORE shipping, but principle alone wouldn't let me wait that long (especially since they didn't list that at the time of ordering). Out of luck. Until... Thinking to myself, "Who else sells these?" Pep Boys! Hate that place, but I was looking for a specific product with model number... foolproof. Went in, asked for them specifically and got met with "Oh, those are on sale. They're a closeout." End result: Hawk pads: $25.xx out the door! This is for the 'Runner in my sig, don't know what they carry for other makes/models, but thought I'd pass along the info for any "Hawk" brand fans that might want to call and inquire about their ride(s)...
