OBO means Or Best Offer, implying you have an asking price, OR best offer.

dag nabbit.. if only they were for a 1st gen runner.. but even then.. i really like the ones WAB sells with the kick out..oohhh well... one day.. when i get my runner running again.. and im not laid off lol
