I am failing to see the "Epic failure"

If anything the second one is closer to "epic failure" since it has no title, and his grammar is atrocious

Exactly what I was thinking. The 85 is the better platform truck, IMO.

I dont see the epic fail either... the 85 looks a lot less molested and would be a killer trail rig base the other one is beat

that 2nd link is funny, he says:

"...may trade for anything else with wheels on it. really looking for a boat or a jet ski."

I don't think I've seen a boat or jet ski with wheels.

Oops. I got the captions with the wrong links. The bed on that 85 is a bit questionable though.

if you think either truck failed, they would fail for the same thing:
Niether truck has adequate rear wheel clearance:
the 2nd gen would hit the fenders (unless they are tied to the rear axle)
the 1st Gen would rub on the flat bed.

Only failure I see here is your defininition of 'Epic FaIL'

Your right neither has adequate clearance. The 85 is a better starting point. I guess I need to brush up on my Epic Failure definition.

"It is most likely still registered to the previous owner of the home… who is dead. I didn't kill them, old age did, or maybe the nasty well water they were drinking."

I think it's odd that he felt the necessity to explain that he wasn't the culprit here...
