That's odd, they've always gotten back to me within 24 hrs. If you have any tuning questions, etc., check out customtacos.com.
There's no real alternative to the URD 7th kit. The TRD one isn't tuneable, runs pig-rich and doesn't do anything for timing issues. I'd recommend getting ahold of Gadget at support@urdusa.com, if that's not the address you've already tried. A phone call can go a long way, too.
