I ordered the hd shifter seat from them too and it took almost 2 weeks to get. I sent a few emails too and didn't get a response until after the parts showed up.
Hopefully its because they are backed up and busy

I remember ordering my shifter bushings from them and it got to my house in like 2-3 days. Must be really busy/backed up lately...like some "other" companies apparently.

it would seem that marlin has slowed down a bit in the past month or so, but i find thier products to be wroth...in my opinon i would place marlin on the top of the list for parts qaulity.also i can say that their customer service has greatly increased in the past year. lastly i find their new website to glicthy and have spoken to them about it. so when ordering from them i find it best to call.

My biggest issue with them is that things are frequently on back order, sometimes for months. I think their parts are the best, but you can only wait so long...
It does seem like people often have trouble getting a response from them, too. I think calling is the best, but if they don't respond to pm's, post in the "product support" section of the forum, and you'll get a response in a couple days.
