The folks at Jaos are nasty

Hey fellow Toyota owners...
I have a slight problem here I bought a Jaos bull bar from E-Bay for 400 bucks and it has no directions I emailed Jaos and asked them if I could get directions from them and they said they cannot "support" me because I did not buy it new, now I support myself with nobody's help I just need directions for a bull bar I got a SWEET deal on hey $400 verses $1,300 is a good deal if you are strapped for cash , so I offered to BUY them and still a big fat NO so Jaos can kiss my cracker a$$...sorry J. Burtman I was going to buy a bunch of stuff from your website but I got burned!

Does anyone have directions for a Jaos bullbar for a 2001 4Runner or could tell me how it is mounted to the truck it has six mounting points this I do know I just wanted the directions because I actually am one of the few people that do use them

Any help would greatly be appreciated !!!
