Thumbs up CBI Offroad Fab

I ordered a CBI rear bumper with side wraps. One side wrap was about 1/2" closer to the fender than the other. I had a fitment issue with the 1st CBI bumper that he had already replaced. Steve offered to build me a 3rd bumper, and then even agreed to make it a front bumper for my trouble (I decided I could live with the slightly off-center wraps-its really not noticeable). Seems he was training a new guy in the shop. I also have CBI sliders, and each powder coated shipment arrived in great shape-multiple layers of cardboard and bubble wrap. CBI paid ALL shipping charges, of course. When guys ask about the armor (which happens regularly), I'm more than happy to send them to his website. Mistakes happen, it's how they're delt with that makes the difference. Some companies don't understand the first rule of customer service-put yourself in the customers' place. Steve gets it, and makes some badass looking armor that will take real offroad rock pounding.
