Can you go more into depth about what you ground down on the inside of the rotor? Pictures? Looks like a great no nonsense solution -very interested

i put the rotor in a vise and started grinding out the center with a 4.5" angle grinder.
when i ground out enough to fit on the back side of the axle shaft, i used a flep disc to clean it up.

. I am stoked about getting rid of my bulky drums. Besides that, the damn backing plates and everything is rusted/corroded to the point of no return. Did you mention which bolts to use? Grade 5 I heard have a better "shearing load rating "vs grade 8. Obviously I know grade 8 is stronger for other purposes, but what do you run?-Jared

I might add that this was a great deal. I got mine on with taco rotors and 86-95 ifs calipers. Thanks for the good deal man.

do the center of the taco rotors have to be machined out to fit the rear axle shaft?
