Trail fix, high-steer on the way

So this was my first fix with my yota, i tried looking in other threads for some other on the trail fixes but couldnt find much so here goes. I was going up a hill about 2 or 3 miles per hour and didnt see a tree stump behind a small bush, so there went my steering. i didnt have much tools with me to fix what i had done so i had to improvise i was about 2 or 3 miles away from camp and most of it was road. And luckily this did get me back i did have to reset it once though. I used my spare tire tools as a splint on the drag link, with the fat tool on the inside of the link kind of connecting it with the tie rod end, then the other two pieces on the outside with the tie downs wrapped around them kind of like a cast. here are some pics.
