Running deep water and mud..?

What do you guys do to your trucks to get them ready for deep water and mud? Im getting into some pretty serious wheelin, and i just want to make sure i have everything done, before its to late. THX

get a snorkel and raise the exhuast outlet.......

also make sure the cooling system is awesome.... trucks dont like mud much and it will reduce your cooling efficiency and will get hot quickly....

waterproof the computer and try to make sure the ign components ar ewell out of harms way, extend all the breather lines

make sure all engine compartment connections are well sealed (coat them in dielectric)

also, if you get in over your head, and think you've sucked water, shut it off. pull the truck out of the hole, remove all spark plugs, remove the air filter, pull the coil wire and crank it over till you shoot all the water out. reinstall the stuff with a dry air filter, and soon as you can check all crankcases for water and change where necessary....

If your asking us this stuff then you probally shouldnt be going that deep. Get some experence first.
