Question on mounting lights

I'm planning on mounting 4 150w lights up on the roof, I'm just wondering if it would make more sense to put 2 facing forward and 2 back, or all 4 facing forward and buy another 2 to face back sometime in the future? Essentially, how much difference is there between having 2 vs 4 facing forward? Thanks!

Double the light output with four up front. 4 front, 2 rear and 8 small utility's under it, make it daylight!

I have 4 on the roof and 4 on the bumper all 140 watts facing forward ,

as for the back I have 4 55 watt road lights on the rear bumper that come on when I stick it in reverse works good enough for me and I can flip a switch on the rear ones so if some A-hole is coming up and won't kill he's/her hi beams I can light them up with my own hi beams

Get Lightforce and you'll only need 2.

With the roof in the way, lights facing backwards from the roof won't do a lot to help you backing up - if you need reverse lights, mount them on/in the rear bumper

Thanks for the input! I guess I'll huck the 4 spots facing forwards then and get something else for the rear bumper. Also, having never had a light bar on my vehical before, how much noticeable difference will adding those lights make?
