I just looked at it again and it appears that there is an extension for the vent, but I am still not sure about the filler. Does anybody know anything about the filler? It looks like it just crunches down, but I am not sure.

Without knowing who made the lift and how big the lift is we can't really help you.
I'm guessing its 3" like it says in your tag. There's usually an extension on the filler necks but who knows. Take some pictures. |
