how much lift can you get out of a torsion bar?

i have a 6 inch fab tech and i was wondering how much more lift i can get out of my torsion bar. any one know?

i didnt know Tacoma's had torsion bars....

but if they do...probably around 2.5"-3"...but your ride will be like that of a Solid axle truck with frozen shocks...or in other words..it'll ride like a dang chuckwagon..although 1"- 1.5" would still be stiff..it aint that bad..lol
