ford 57"

im looking to get more flex in the rear and looking into the ford 57" spring swap.... mainly because it gives you more lift than the chevy 63" and im running 35's

ive done some research and have found everything you would ever need refering to the chevy swap but little as far as the fords go...

anyone do this swap?
what year springs do you need?
how did they turn out?
any info would be great!

as i can figure i need the springs out of an f 150 57" 4x4 non tow package 2.5" wide....

Im actually planning on changing out my chevies for the F150 springs. I want to bob the truck and the F150 springs have an offset center pin. My buddy is running them on his Jeep. They flex nice and make for a good departure angle.

From what I hear they were on 86-96?? F150s. Im not sure what springs are on the newer trucks.

I saw somewhere the specs on the length and offset but I cant find it now. I remember though that for me changing from the chevies my hanger would not have to move and my rear axle would be moved back an inch. Just gotta move the shakle.
