They are available from your Toyota Dealer. The Toyota Star Progarm that supports the aftermarket repair shops have made the TIS (Technical Information System) available for them to access the latest Tecnical Information, Service Bulletins, Repair Manuals, Body Diminsions Guide and alot of other useful information. This is what Toyota Technicians use. The Disc is free to shops the first year and can be renewed each year thereafter. (estimated value is $375.00.) The Disc is a link to the Toyota Internet site that has live updates and is assigned to the users IP address. If you are a Repair Facility or know one in your area that could benifit from this information service, contact your local Toyota Dealer. actually, i found an 85 FSM in pdf format

also, the TIS only covers 1990 and newer. doesnt help me out.
