2wd wheels

i have a 89 p/u 2wd that i just lifted and im putting 31x10.5s on some 15x7s but dont know what backspacing or offset i need, dont exactly know what either of those are but the wheels im looking at are 3.75 bs and -6mm offset. will these work?

Pull a wheel off (or lower your spacer) and measure the back spacing yourself then you will know:

im running stock wheels right now so those wont tell me much

That will tell you what the stock backspacing is, that way you can compare your new wheels to the stock ones. Generally you want no more backspacing that stock, less will be wider track.

just measured and mine looks like 4.75 also...so would less backspacing make them stick out wider?

ok well how much wider can my stock drivetrain handle? if i get some with 3.5" bs will it handle it?
