Fabtech used to make lift spindles for the front. I heard they are not making them any more (and they're not on the website), that someone else was making them now. You could also go longtravel, like Total Chaos.

In the rear, it's the same as any leaf spring suspension ... axle flip kit to make it spring over, add-a-leaf, new spring pack, shackles, even *gasp* blocks, etc.

Depends on what sort of lift you are looking for, but for a modest lift, you can do ball joint spacers up front:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...shtml#2WDor4WD

Something in back:

and something like a body lift to fit taller tires. Had a buddy with an '85 2WD with the above (forget what height body lift) and I think he was running 33x12.50s w/ no problems.

2wd lift kit

I have a 92 base pickup that was running too low, so I bought ball joint spacers from ebay and cranked the torsion bars to get about 2" in front. I added a leaf and a set of springs to the rear to get it up about the same. Since my axle is above the springs, I'll either find an axle flip kit or just fab one myself and weld it to the top of the axle. Luckily, these small trucks are very easy to modify. I also bought some Mits Eclipse 14x5.5 rims to dump the stock wheels, which have a tendency to bend. You can find bushing kits online for about twenty bucks, and replacing the suspension bushings really helped ride and handling.

I just recently purchased a 2 inch lift kit for my 1981 Toyota four-wheel-drive from this website https://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/BodyLiftKit.shtml#FAQ9.
we really have to read through their webpage good to figure out what you need
I had to send them an email to get help on reading the webpage the person I spoke with was Roger Brown at this email address. r.c.brown@ieee.org

94 toyota Pickup extend cab 2wd

I want to put a 3" lift on my 94 Toyota extend cab, its 2wd. Should I go with a body lift or full on kit?

It honestly depends on your preference, if I were to choose, I would go with suspension lift kits. Here is a link to know the difference between the two:
