1980 tranny help

Hey guys I'm in the process of building up my 80 4x4. The deal is it sat for a looong time before I picked it up I have already rebuilt the 20R and did a full rebuild on both axles. And installed a trail gear 5" front and rear. Now the only issue with the truck is the tranny it has the stock L43 4 speed in it. I have called all of my local wrecking yards with no luck. I searched online for a rebuit one but nothing. So I was wondering if anybody around central ca has any info on were to pick up a good rebuilt. Also I was wondering will any 5spd trannies bolt up to my truck if so what's best? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Keep it filthy
