Transmission and gear box fluid change

Hey guys,

I am searching this forum for info, haven't found it yet, so apologies if this has been discussed.

I have a 2000 land cruiser with 90k on it, and I want to change the power train fluids. I think its transmission and gear box, plus differential.

What fluid(s) should I request? is synthetic OK. if so, what type?

I'll keep searching.

Joe
