new to me tundra things to look at

Hey guys, been awhile since ive been on here. My tacoma has been treating me good so havent needed help much. But i just put a deposit down on a 2000 tundra 4.7 4x4 extended cab with 204k. hopefully going to pick it up friday but who knows. owner had to order a new title from dmv after not being able to find it. but anyways, heres what he says has been done recently, new frame from the recall, timing belt shocks and struts all at time of recall (18months ago). recent full brake job too. heres the kicker thou, it had a slow speed front end collision, needs hood both fenders, bumper cover, maybe a grill and a front core support, nothing is leaking and the ac still works. also my dad noticed a few other things when he went to look at it (ive been busy with work and he had a chance to go look at it) theres a broken leaf in the passanger side leaf spring pack (not the main) i was just going to replace the single leaf with a used one when i install the timbren kit from my tacoma. is there anything else i should look at close? it needs a few minor things as well, key broke off in the ignition (still can start it with both the key and remote start, did remote start come from toyota on these?), locks are alittle sticky just minor stuff and theres alittle rust starting on the box by the bottom of each side of the tailgate that i want to take care of. It is a one owner truck and im hoping he gets a chance to dig out the maintenance records. any tips, cheap or free mods are welcome as well as things to check.
thanks guys
