High Mileage?
At what point does the mileage become a concern on T100's? I'm asking because I can't seem to find a 4x4 for a reasonable price with under 110k miles on it. Thanks in advance.

Considering my last Nissan 4x4 went well over 250k by the time I sold it (still running perfect) , I can't imagine things being different for a well maintained Toyota. Auto tranny may need some consideration, but that is just wear and tear. My T-00 at 145k still feels like the day I bought it @ 86k. Other than oils and tires and tuning, I've done minimal to brakes, timing belt, and idler arm. The 3.4L is a great engine.
Good luck!

It's not about the miles, it's about the maintenance.
I recall seeing a T100 for sale about a year ago with some 400K miles on it. I have little doubt that a well maintained 3.0 or 3.4 will go 250K+ before a major rebuild would be necessary.
