Aux Power Outlets dead

Only my cigarette lighter is working in my Tundra. The other three outlets are dead. I checked all the fuses and they were good but there's no power getting to where the fuse goes for the three aux outlets. I chased a wiring diagram and the only other thing in that loop is a relay called the ACC relay. It is located on the back of the fuse block. I think I have located it. You can weasel you hand in there but I cannot get the relay off the fuse block. It's a blue square. Does anybody know how to get those things off? I need a part number so I can replace it.

You're probably going to have to unbolt and partially remove the block to get at it properly Joey... check out http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/ , enter your vehicle info and you will get a full list of all parts and a price as well. The site works world wide so you can look up euro/jdm/aussie spec parts as well.
