a340 HELP?

I recently blew up my overdrive gear on my tundra's a340 when it went to shift to overdrive.

Well now I got a new overdrive carrier, sun gear, and ring gear from a local junkyard out of the jeep AW4 transmission. It fit and only had a slight difference in the ratio. I belive mine was like 1-0.735 and the jeep is like 1-0.750. So I stripped it all down, checked everything out and it looked good then I put it all back together and threw in a high stall TC from Lextreme and now nothing. P-R-N-D-2-1 are all neutral.
So now i'm ready to call it a night and I hook up to my dads truck to tow mine out of the garage. My back tires are locked in neutral, the truck will go foward but not backwards like theres some kind of one-way clutch or something.

Anyone got any ideas as to what I did wrong?

Bump, trans will still go one way only. will spin drive shaft clockwise, but not counter-clockwise(may have that backwards). All gears still acting as neutral.
