Seat Covers

Got a 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser and want to get seat covers for them. Any suggestions??? Please not Wet Okole, I know everyone goes gaga for them, but I don't like them. I've gone with another company and the quality was crap (i don't remember the name though)

I kind of googled and there was a brand they like on IH8Mud but they were $860 for a set. Once you get up above $500 you ought to check with an upholsterer. There's a seller on eBay named IGee or something like that that makes custom fit covers. I know what you mean about Wet Okole. They fade and are sweaty. I would like Cordura like they have in fire trucks. I like these by Cover King but I would prefer gray. These are $229 for both fronts:

No, Cover King has horrible customer service ratings and some of the other reviews I've found online about them talk about how they are cheap quality. They don't have real Cordura either....I saw a website the other day but I can't find it anymore that actually had the Cordura tag on it.

I found the other company I went with, it was Cal-Trend and boy, their stuff is shiet.

And you're right $800.00 for seat covers seems a bit pricey for just seat covers! Might as well put that towards a car note!!

I found a local company on yelp and want to share the before and after pictures. This company is amazing! The owner and her daughter were so very helpful and WOW the interior is like new now!!

Beat up, like no one's business!

These were actually coming off and you could see it on your clothes when you left the vehicle.

The sticky part of the tape was coming off on clothes too.

This was right after they installed them, WOW

I have to cut the tape off the driver seat because it's coming through the seat covers. They offered to do it, but I don't want to hold them liable for cutting the tape holding the seats together

I got a steering wheel cover too. the old steering wheel was so hot to the touch.

www.decorauto.com Ask for Susan. She's who I dealt with. Yeah, these seat covers are pretty amazing. I have a few other cars that I'm going to get covers for too.

No problem! And I paid $480.00 for the leatherette material. I left a $40.00 tip though because they look even better than I expected, and it was hot!! But they still installed everything and didn't even complain about the heat. lol. I just sat there and played with their puppy.

I kinda felt bad but it was very hot and I just got off work

Looks good. May I know the cost? Do you have pictures of the steering wheel cover?

$480.00 for the seat covers, $40.00 tip for the install. it's in the shop getting raised so if you want to see the steerhing wheel cover it'll have to wait. but it's just neo supreme material, not the leather material

sor tuff duck. had them in three rigs now and wouldn't get any other covers. fit is tight. i'm short, so i slide in and out and they don't budge. when they get muddy, just throw them in the washing machine. only downside is they fade. my grey are now a weird faded od greenish look.
